How To Enter:

If you sign an Exclusive Agency to sell your property with InHouse Real Estate this Summer for a market period of six months or more you will go into the draw to win up to $12,500 off your Agency Fees upon settlement of the successful sale.


Terms & Conditions:

  1. Contesting period is between 9am Monday, 4th December 2017 and 5pm Wednesday 28th  February 2018.
  2. Total maximum value of prize: Up to $12,500
  3. Asking/Marketing price must be within 15% of agents appraised value.
  4. The vendor must remain exclusively listed with InHouse Real Estate to be eligible to win.
  5.  An existing listing can enter the draw by renewing or upgrading their listing to an exclusive.
  6. If the property is sold and settled prior to the competition draw, InHouse Real Estate will withhold the sales commission for that property in trust until the draw date. If that property wins, the commission in trust will be refunded to the vendor.
  7. If the winning property is sold via conjunction with another agent/agency, only the InHouse Real Estate portion of the agreed commission will be at no cost.
  8. If the commission exceeds the maximum prize value of $12500, the vendor is liable for the balance to InHouse Real Estate
  9. If an entrant has more than one property in the draw, the win will only relate to the one property nominated on the winning ticket.
  10. Draw Process:  Each Vendors name along with the address of the property being marketed will be placed on a single ticket. One ticket will be drawn at random by an independent party at the above mentioned business address at 5.30pm Friday 2nd March 2018 
  11. Method of Winner Notification:  The Winner will be notified immediately either in person or by phone on the day of the draw.
